In September 1992, Attorney Mohajery established her own law practice in the lovely village of Aspinwall, and concentrates in the areas of business law, family law, wills and estates. In July 2002, Ms. Mohajery formed Mohajery & Associates, PC
- Barbara Ann Mohajery, Esquire is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (Family Law and Law Practice Management sections), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Family Law section) and the American Bar Association (Family Law section). She currently serves as liaison between Women's Business Network and the Small Business Development Centers of Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh.

Langley Lupetin, Esquire Langley L. Lupetin (Lacey) attended the University of Michigan, from which she graduated with high distinction in 2001, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. In 2005, Ms. Lupetin received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Ms. Lupetin interned for KidsVoice, representing abused and neglected children in Allegheny County, and for Public Counsel, the public interest law firm of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. Ms. Lupetin joined Mohajery & Associates in 2004 as a legal intern and became an associate in 2005. Ms. Lupetin is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
Linda Farmerie, Paralegal Mrs. Farmerie obtained her paralegal certificate from Community College of Allegheny County in 1997. However, her experience in a law office began in 1975 when she went to work for her first law firm as secretary to the senior partner in a general law practice. Prior to that, she was employed by Allegheny County and assigned to the Health Department's Bureau of Air Pollution Control for approximately nine and one-half years. From 1984 to 1998, she worked part-time as an elementary school librarian before joining our firm in 1994 on a part-time basis. Mrs. Farmerie has worked for this firm on a full-time basis since January of 2001 Mrs. Farmerie is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
